Had some beer from a brewer the other day. They said that it was bright and had to be drunk in a few days. However, there was still quite a lot of sediment in it. Is this normal for bright beer?
I'm not complaining, don't get me wrong, I thouroughly enjoyed the beer and would buy again, but I'm just curious.
