PS: last weekend I was in York for BSF/CAMRA Meeting held in York Brewery beautiful town, beautiful historical pubs, friendly people yesterday I was at Manchester Airport waiting for my return flight at Donkey Stone pub I drank three pints of Timothy Taylor ( only three 'cause I was hurry-))) all people present most of them British (youngs, elders, men, women and so on) was drinking awful frozen Carling, Grolsch, Boddington creamy and so on I ask to myself: why? Seriously UK risks to loose its heritage. Lorenzo

Assuming you mean Taylors Landlord, one of the very best! Why the others drink crap is probably because that's what the ads tell them to drink. I doubt that any were CAMRA members!

Yes, Brian, it was Landlord! Of course among crap drinkers.....no CAMRA members but itìs always sad to see people drink that s*it thinking that they can get great beers in their country great beers that are part of their heritage!

Lorenzo

You probably knew more about British beer than they did. I had a 'beer' conversation with a Belgian in Ghent, it became apparent I knew more about the Beer Industry than they did!

You conversed with _A_ Belgian, yet you conclude you knew more than _THEY_ did?

Best generalization ever..
