As a matter of interest, are there any Pubs serving or Places selling White Shield Worthington these days in Central or SW London?
Used to quite like it (which probably damns me in this newsgroup......)

Had some earlier this week bought from Tesco, Handforth Dean, at only £1.49 a bottle - and very pleasant it was too.
Why should it damn you? It's been a bit of a beer on wheels, but I think it's ok at the moment. Maybe not as good as it once was.
It's now brewed at Coors Museum brewery.
I know that The Royal Oak in Tabard St, Southwark sells it.
I think it's bad at the moment, very bad. Come back K+B, all is forgiven !
After the "redesign" I have had a few of them, hoping it would come back to having its "tangy" distinctive taste, but it is not to be - I avoid it now, because I would start crying otherwise.
