Bizarre! I just now remember dreaming last night about trying Utopia last night, poured from that brew kettle bottle and all. Too bad dreams don't include flavor. ;)

lol. No wonder I felt compelled to try it! Btw, this is the first year a retailer in Casper picked any up.
I picked up a bottle to share with friends over Labor Day. It was magnificent! I was happy that, no only did I like it, but most of my friends liked it too. It's a shame it's so expensive, or I'd be tempted to pick up another bottle or two for Thanks- giving, Christmas AND New Year's...
Sorry no real tasting notes, and it could be a real cognac or something would be much better (I'm not experienced), but I liked it a lot... Mmm, Utopias...

I've had Utopia only a half-shot at a time. Your exprience may be different, but I can't really can't compare the two. That is, I've not stared 8oz of Utopia in the face.
