Maybe ask if they can put you in touch with recent graduates, or those nearing the end of the course?
Or find out if any local craft-brewers rate one any better than the other - is one more technical & scientific & the other more practical? Does one focus more on machinery & macrobrewing & the other more hands on & microbrew?
You might get some replies if you join (they have message boards) & you could prob also ask the good folks over on as some have pro-brewing experience, &/or know what's what in the brewing industry.
I still think "more better" is a grammatical error rather than a typo - I tends to go for "betterer" ;~)
Cheers & good luck, MikeMcG (brewer, UK)
