hello, it's holiday time and by coincidence my cap machine is about to give it up. this is a 10 year old krupps machine that we've been very happy with.
looking for a few tips where i might call to purchase a new machine? not sure what brand, krupps or other.
if you've purchased such a machine from a pack and ship retailer and had good experience, i'd be grateful knowing who you dealt with. phone number of company would be appreciated.

What kind of machine are you looking for? Automatic, semi-automatic, with or without integrated grinder?

I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Whole Latte Love has a very extensive website with reviews and other information helpful with a buying decision.
