Pound for pound, which is the better magizine to subscribe to?

Depends on what level yu're at and what you want out of it. Zymurgy has had the edge as being a little more technical and aimed at the AG brewer, while BYO has a reputation of more of a beginner's mag. BYO is catching up fast, though, with Chris Colby as the editor. And, of course, I write for BYO...;)
