Just got finished bottling a batch of vanilla porter that looks like it turned out exceptionally well. I was wondering if I can drain the yeast cake off the bottom of the carboy and save it in the fridge for my next batch? Can I keep it in a grolsh style bottle or will I be creating a glass bomb.
