First Welsh whiskey in over 100 years

I'd love to try some, but I get:

Rather disappointing. Apparently you must drink from the cup of Microsoft to enjoy Welsh whisky.

I have heard that 'microsoft' is the nickname that Bill Gates' wife gave him after his wedding night. Hopefully this will not also apply to the character of Welsh whiskies.

What I heard was that she said next morning: Now I know why the company was named "Microsoft"...

what a bugger! I shall endeavour to find out more at Whisky Live this weekend (and hopefully get myself a taste).

I'm intrigued, but not particularly hopeful - the first batch is only 4 years old and will probably be "a bit lively"
