Slightly off-topic but some here enjoy Irish whiskey and those that do should seriously consider the new Jameson 18 Year Old Master Selection bottling. I'm sipping a dram right now and it's divine, superbly sherried and far better IMO than the Jameson Gold which tasted, somehow, younger than the 1780. If you're a fan of the Jameson 1780 then you won't be disappointed by this new 18yo, complete with thick lashings of potstill. This one really takes blended Irish to a new height and is a fabulous price locally at CDN$79.95. Single malt fans curious about Ireland's liquid treasures would be well rewarded to give this bottling a try.
