"Les Pierres Plates" Denis Jamain Domaine de Reuilly

Had scallops with butter garlic and olive oil over linguine last night. I had picked this up and thought to give it a whirl. My first impression was that it was more like a Graves than a Sancerre although it should be 100% SB from the upper Loire. It had neither Cat's Pee or Grapefruit in abundance though it has nice acidity and a gently fruitiness (my wife who is more sensitive to the grapefruit taste thought this was loaded with it). In all a pleasure to sip and a delight with seafood. I will work it in with Graves from time to time.

Bought it here in JAX from the Wine Warehouse they have had this off and on for some time and the owner keeps telling me I'll love it so I gave it a try, he was right!
