Hi. I have a bottle of 1990 Dom Perignon. I'm thinking of having it this New Years, but I'm wondering if it has already peaked? If not, is it ready to drink? Thanks for any info!

If you've stored it in the kitchen it's dead as a dodo. With proper storage it's probably excellent. I've been told that bubblies are notoriously sensitive to warm storage. Happy New Year anyway! Anders

I reported on my Christmas Eve experience with a bottle of Bollinger Grand Annee '89--If your Dom is anywhere close, you'll have a wonderful evening. My socks are still rolled down around my ankles from the experience with the Bollie.
