2003 Bond Pluribus Cabernet gifted to me a few years ago and opened with friends over grilled coffee rubbed steaks. This is a Harlan product and is about as "Parkerized" as a wine can get. Virtually black in the glass with heavy glycerin legs clinging to the sides of the glass. Deeply concentrated aromas of blackberry, blueberry, coffee and anise. Super heavy on the palate with thick velvety tannins. A total overload of oaky vanilla makes this a virtually non- drinker for me. Some liked it but I could barely get it past my nose as it reminded me of thick, sweet, gloppy cough syrup. NR
