Opened last night with dinner (meatless Monday) 2005 William Fevre Chablis "Le Clos". Very pale gold in the glass almost colorless. Faint whiff of premox upon opening but it blew off in a few minutes showing a little lemon and a bit of orchard fruit and crushed gravel. Very fine on the palate. Citrus, lemon juice, a bit of custard anda salty minerality on the finish. Well balaanced with a nice acidity. "A"
