With dinner last night of grilled Florida Snapper I opened a bottle of
2009 Cakebread Napa Sauvignon Blanc. Pale greenish gold in the glass. Not much nose mostly orchard fruits. A bit tight at first then opening up after a few minutes in the glass. Apples and honeydew, bright acidity on the finish. Cakebread is a "go to" SB in our house in the summer and this one is not bad for around $20. "B"- posted
