'69 Chateau D'yquem

I've had this bottle for many a year and am told that it may be one of the best of its kind ever bottled. I am concerned, however, that it has taken a mid-amber color and want to know if that is normal for a 34 year old bottle of Sauternes. I am considering placing it on e-bay, but don't want to stick someone with a bad bottle of wine. If you may be interested in this bottle, e-mail me, snipped-for-privacy@aol.com

If we tell you it's a great bottle, will you still place it on e-bay?

The color is normal. I hope it was stored at 55F? I thought that Ebay stopped private wine sales due to violation of certain alcohol laws in the US. Did they change recently? A check of Ebay showed a few bottles available through wine vendors and Estate liquidators and a private seller in the UK. Bi!!
