Opened last night watery and acidic, I corked it up and tried it tonight with pizza. There was no way this wine was going to work with lamb chops!
tonight there was a noticable improvement in the depth and a little winy aroma. Not so Rose as weak tonight and it worked well with the low tomato type of pizza we had.
Was this wine worth the retail $39 no, I got it "free" as a result of a coupon, if I bought $X I got $40 free and used this wine to fill the bargian, would I have been better off with 3 bottles of Argentine Malbec, oh YEAH! But I am finishing the last and have at this point no complaints, lol
