Damn! This is a great wine. Had some at Christmas, with fettucini and meatballs, in tomato sauce.

Not something an italian would eat. Even less with Carignano del Sulcis.

Mike is an Italian... Fascist-land is Italy, btw, but he lives in France, afaik.

You are confusing, at times, and I'm confused this time: Wouldn't an Italian eat pasta with meatballs?

Bullshit.

It's southern Italian. My grandparents, who all came from eastern central and southen Italy, brought this with them. They all made wedding soup, which contains tiny meatballs.
