At a restaurant tonight I had a glass of this and found it to be highly unusual medium to full bodied and with an almost herbal quality, not anise but similar. I was not overly pleased but decided that I would give it a Dale W C and say nothing as the friends we were with loved the place.
anyone else know what I am trying to describe here and more importatnly why this wine came aoff as it did?
