IMHO a true BS. I can not understand any reason why in Italy this year we should have 13% less production than 2002 or 2003!

I think the key message in there is "wholesale prices would rise by between five and 20 percent".

Indeed I cannot see why glorious sunny weather would REDUCE wine production.
