Today Constellation and RMW Corp announced a definitive merger agreement, with a cash price of $56.50 for Class A (ordinary) shares, a premium over the initial offer.
Constellation says they'll keep the RMW portfolio intact and Robert Mondavi has agreed to remain with the company.
Somehow I suspect this is the best outcome. What I don't yet know is how this is going to impact the staff reductions that were already in place.
