As others have correctly stated, you were close - it's Warre's. I see you're in UK, but here is a URL:

If your local retailer cannot get this, and you cannot ship it, you might want to look for a slightly more recent, but good vintage 2000. Some spots in US, do not have older vintages in stock. However, you might be lucky and have a well-stocked wine shop that does a good Port trade. In the UK, I would assume so, as you chaps put Port on the map, so to speak.

Waare's 1977 is going for about 330 Pounds per case of 12 at UK wine auctions, according to the January 2005 issue of Decanter. You probably will have to pay somewhat more than 1/12 of this price if you buy a single bottle at retail. There should still be plenty of the 1977 around, but you may have to search at several large city wine shops and online to find it.
