Question Regarding "Collectible" Wines

With a meal, never on its own : )

Dave

To me a collectable wine is one to put down for aging and one that would be expensive and difficult to find 5-7 years later. Many wines improve with age and to me that makes them collectable.

"collectible."

Oh yes, thank you, as I had forgotten to mention *that* and do not wish for the thread to devolve into a discussion on the merits of drinking wine without benefit of food. Maybe I should put that into my Sig, or something... or maybe not. ;-}
