I am interested in knowing whether the group is familiar with and has opinions on The University Wine Course by Marian W. Baldy (a Professor at the California State University School of Agriculture, Chico, CA - up the road from UC Davis).
I am working my way through this textbook-like volume which Dr. Baldy uses in her college courses on Wine. The Professor has degrees in Microbiology and Genetics (both from UC Davis) and the book is extremely detailed.
