Anyone ever noticed a difference in taste between a wine that has been shipped at very high altitudes on an airplane vs one that has not? How cold does it get up there? How does this affect taste?

Which wines do you buy that are shipped by plane? Usually, trucks are used. regardless, I'd much rather get a wine that's been through cold than one that's been cooked.

The holds on planes are pressurized and heated. I have shipped wine in my baggage with absolutely no ill effects. How cold does it get outside the plane? at 35,000 feet -60 and below
