What are some easy snacks that go well with Champagne?

Another along these lines:
smoked tuna (maybe 4 oz) mashed up with a fork with 8 oz cream cheese.
Served to be spread on sliced baguette. With a little more time, slice the bread thinly, spread with a small amount of olive oil, and toast under the broiler first.
Mortadella, possibly Bologna, on white bread.
Now, ask yourself why you would want to do this.
Anything with eggs is great to me with champagne. A cheese omelet with a bit of smoked salmon or caviar and champagne, heavenly.
