St Hallett's Cabernet Shiraz 2000

One of my favorite bottles of late:

Medium red, some sparkle (not sure if that's the right word, don't mean to imply bubbles). Minty, ethereal nose with integrated oak and plum. Refreshing acid palete, cherry, rasberry with savory notes. Fine tannins and a clean finish.

Maybe "spritz" is the term you're after.
