I'm nut sure, when? :)

On the other hand if question was "when is a red from Burgundy not a Pinot Noir, " as article states when it's a Gamay (or blend in case of Passetoutgrains). Or Cesar in the case of Irancy/BGO.

I find the article a bit vague- what was the Morgon, what were the other (PN) red Burgs?
