No. Yahoo is killing their own groups, and this here is a newsgroup, not a Yahoo group.
I view this and other newsgroups through Google Groups.

I read through my email program.
To answer your original question, Yahoo had its own Groups feature that is being discontinued. I don't think it's related to these Usenet groups.

Got it thanks. Did not understand why I got a message from Yahoo groups because I never joined one or posted to one.
