The 2002 was really good IMHO. As were the Red Digoine 2002 and the Rully Les St. Jacques 2002 Chardonnay. Actually, the 2003 Red Digoine was a very good red wine with not the typical over-ripeness notes of so many Burgundies in that vintage.

I haen't had the '04, but in general de Villaine is one of the top Aligotes (I've also liked A. Ente, Lafarge, and Ramonet).
