Utterly OT: Lunch restaurants in downtown Atlanta?

Oct 13, 2006 2 Replies

Well, not *really* OT as part of the Q is about wine lists - especially wine by the glass - so: I'm going to be in Atlanta for a conference for a few days, at the downtown conference centre; where vaguelly local should I eat for lunch?

Thanks - here's hoping I can avoid at least some of the 30,000 other neuroscientists..

Ewan, I don't know your taste but in Buckhead a great casual--high energy place, called Twist. Food is very good but casual.

Real high energy place. If you have a car they have Valet Parking.

Fusion food. Everything is very good and they have an extenive wine by the glass menu. You can have outstanding suishi, pizza, even French style bistro food.

Its a local favorite.
