Who Else Loves Argentine Wine?

Jun 10, 2010 2 Replies

Hey Guys,

When I traveled through South America, I had the chance to experience some of the best wines I've ever tasted. In the US, though, it seems that Argentine Wine isn't all that appreciated, and we rarely receive any of the best selections.

Do any of you share that same passion?

Also, for those that do, I've set up a blog that includes Argentine wine reviews, 'The Food Buster|Busting the Hype on Food'

I was wondering if some of you could give me your impressions to help me make the content better/more useful.

Thanks a lot!

"Loves" is too strong a word for me, but I think they represent very good value here in the US. I've never been in Argentina, however, so I don't know those that are only available there.

Agree with Ken. Argentina's Malbecs are great QPR, but "loves" is a bit over the top.

Dan-O (feels the same about Chilean Carmenere)
