Rhubarb Wine
It's 2 year rhubarb wine that I am trying to clear up. I added 12 oz of concord wine to a gal of rhubarb wine about three week's ago and it is starting to clear up but it is slow. I have 55 gallons of rhubarb wine that I need to clear up. What I gather egg whites will not work on a white wine is this true.
