We tried some awesome blueberry wine the other day and now we want to make our own wine. I see kits for order on the web, but dont know which one is good to buy. I don't want a kit that comes with all the juice you pour in and stuff, I want to crush the fruit, filter it out, etc, etc. What's a good kit to get?

Hi Russ,
My local supplier has a can of blueberry fruit that makes 5 gallons of wine.

It is not a "kit" in that it does not include yeast, tartaric acid, yeast nutrient, etc. However, on the label you will find all the ingredients necessary, and instructions on how to make it. It is quite reasonable in cost ($25) and gives you about 25 bottles of wine. (of course, you will need the winemaking equipment if you do not have it already, but again, check out the web site for more info).
Best regards in your winemaking,
