Pssst! ===> Clyde Gill

Hi, Clyde -

I seem to have the wrong e-mail address for you so I'm asking here.

I read online that you have switched to synthetic corqs. May I ask what brand? TIA.

I'm on a campaign to reduce our spam, so hopefully the spambots are having as much trouble finding our e-dress!

There are contact forms on either of the two websites listed below. They both send me an email and store all information into an online database for safe keeping.

I had a gal trying to sell us stuff who filled out the form on our winery site. She was exasperated looking for our email on the site and resorted to filling out the form, which is linked from every page btw. I wrote her back and told her the system almost worked! Then kT ushered me back to the cellar again and locked the door.

Sales calls are bad enough when running a business, but dealing with junkmail, email/fax spam, and phone calls can really eat up precious time and resources. Sometimes I have more patience than others, but it's never very much... unless dealing with wine, of course!

The forms have had an added benefit. It seems to be encouraging customers to contact us and to sign up for kT's newsletter. The

*proper* response rate is easily tenfold compared to what was happening with just an email listed on the site. Spam seems to be slowing down almost as dramatically.
