hey everyone i am making one of my first batches of wine and i was wondering how do i determine how much sugar to add. any advice will be appreciated thnx. al

Go buy a hydrometer and a book on winemaking. How much sugar, if needed at all, is determined by the sugar levels in your juice. You need a hydrometer to determine this. The book will give you all the details. Jeff Cox has a good book on winemaking.
