Too Much DAP

Late night calculation error led to 85 grams of DAP being added to 20 gallons of must. Pressed, it resulted in 16 gallons of white.

a) Will the wine pick up the bitterness without remediation? b) Does anyone know of a remediation method?

You're not that far over normal, which is 8 lbs/1000 gal., or 1 g/L. You added 1.3 g/l. Don't sweat it.
