I am in the process of making my first batch of wine from the grapes that my grandfather had planted. I do not know what they are, but the wine tastes like it will be great because it is good as a young wine.
I am looking at planting some more grapes but I do not know what types of grapes to get to make different types of wine. I like dry reds, ports and burgundies. Is there anywhere that you know of that I might be able to find a guide to what grapes are used to make different wines?
