The Book of Beer by Creignou

I would any appreciate any help you can give me in learning more about this book. It was published in the late 90s by Flammarion in France and called "livre de la biere"--The Book of Beer. It was part of their connoisseurs series. Each book of this series began with a history of the subject (chocolate, coffee, tea, linen, whisky, etc), the second section was an overview of manufacturing and the third part was a look at the specialized retailers. Each book then ended with an "address book" of the best shops worldwide.

The books were often translated into English but not always by the same publisher. Searching on bookfinder.com I can come up with a listing at the French amazon but all is says is the book is out of print. There don't seem to be any used copies in either language but even stranger, I've checked many library catalogs, and can't find it there either.

The author, BTW, is Michel Creignou.

Has anybody seen this book? Any suggestions--I'd love to have a copy. The same publisher also published the "Little Book of Beer" which is like an mini-illustrated dictionary.

Thanks,

Charles
