FWIW the different trading styles would be:
1) Horrible ex-Morlands pub. No maintenance or even cleaning done since Courage swap in the 1970s. Undrinkable RA. 2) Modern purpose-built shopfront bar. Microwaved ready meals: 0 out of 5 for food hygeine. 0 out of 5 for vinegary RA. 3) "Giant" more a greasy spoon than a pub, signs outside stress cheapo food.
