Following the recent floods it has now come to light that Punch Taverns have decided to dispose of three of their pubs which have been damaged by the floods
The three are
The Railway in Hebden Bridge The Dusty Miller in Mytholmroyd THe Golden Lion in Todmorden
All three are currently closed and I am not sure if they will be repaired before they are sold. They are going to be sold as pubs.
Whilst it would probably impossible at the present time to insure them against flood they could be a bargain for any small brewery wanting a pub. They are all pretty well sited in the relevant towns.
