Hi, I've checked the FAQ, and I think this isn't a breach of the forum's netiquette - please forgive me if it is, and read no further.
I've advertisd in What's Brewing, but I thought I'd try here too - a bit of extra networking never goes amiss. I'm looking for someone to work 5 days a week to help me run the Swan & Rushes in Leicester
We have two house beers, and up to 10 guests at a time, together with real cider, around 100 bottled imports and 4 draught imports too. It's a tough job on my own at the moment, and I'd be looking for someone to provide me with a day or two off, by helping with bar, cellar and some staff and cash management. The salary is reasonable (IMHO), and you get half price drinks during and after work - we're fairly unusual in that we encourage staff to drink on duty, especially if they're drinking real ale or bottled beers. Bar experience would be preferred, but enthusiasm for the products and a bit of character are potentially more important.
