Haven;t been there for ages, but T'Ij brewery and beers used to be fantastic and if things haven't changed it's well worth a visit. Watch out for the odd opening hours though. Food was also limited when I visited, although they did nice snacks.
T'Ij opens each day from 3pm-8pm, I believe. The beers there can be somewhat variable. I've had excellent beers in the past but last year (during my annual trip to the Bokbier Festival) they were very disappointing. Hopefully they will have bounced back by now.

I have just returned from Amsterdam with a 6 bottle presentation pack of t'Ij beers - ?10.50 from Bierkonig. Thanks to everybody for the recommendations.
I'm trying one per night. I've just finished a bottle of Columbus (9%) and it was shooperb - despite having been shaken to hell and back on the plane! If I'd gone by car I'd have filled it up with the stuff, but sadly there's a limit to what you can take on a plane as hand baggage :-(
