There are two that I know of:
Redhook Brewery

56 Market St. Portsmouth, NH 03801 (603) 431-1115Also, the Muddy River Smokehouse, down the street from the Portsmouth Pub & Brewery has a decent selection of bottled and draft to go along with the "Southern style" bbq/smokehouse restaurant.

is the best place to figure this kind of stuff out. There's always the locals and the local phone book once you get there as pubcrawler is the best there is but not 100% comprehensive.
