I had the 2003. I think it's a good example of Lodi zin- big, jammy, fruitforward. I wouldn't call it subtle or elegant, but who wants that in Lodi zin?

For the money I find 7 Deadly Zins a bargain wine. I buy it at Costco for about $12. It is full bodied with a lot of up front fruit and spicy.
Lucky you. It sets me back $20 here in exPennsylvania. Still, I think its worth it as its been consistently good.
I've also enjoyed the 'Incognito' viognier from the same vintner (Michael and David Phillips).

Thanks to Dale, Miles and Jon for comments. I won't be frightened to offer it as one of the selections at Thanksgiving!
