A new way of wine buying!

I was very interested when this was first posted, but it turns out that it is for PCs only - no Mac version ;-)

LOL, Ian. If I plug this into my old Win98 machine at home, will I get ten-year-old wine? I might have to download Win98 drivers, of course!

You can save this video to your computer if you wish. If you do not know how to save a flv video from a flv/flash on the web, the easy way is to just ask the nearest teen. MySpace, YouTube, etc are now using this composite flash format, and the teens copy a lot of video from it. If you have the new Real Player 11 beta, it will offer to download the flv(flash video) if you just right click on the video. I often use the Opera browser. You must find the temporary cache for it, and to do so you need to turn on hidden files on a PC. First clear all private data which will clear the temporary cache. Then put in the url for the video and play it. When playing is complete do not turn Opera off or you may lose the video. Go to the temporary cache and find a file of several MB with the extension .flv. Copy this file to any place you wish to store it. I have put a link to the Opera temporary cache on the desktop so it is easy to go there - the path to it is otherwise rather long. To play .flv videos, you will need a flv player. A free one is called just FLV Player. Also the free AVS video player will play flvs.
