Yet another update on this wine. 3 weeks after opening, we finished the bottle and it was more delicious still: essence of green olives with no hint of tiring or decline and this after being in the fridge in a recorked bottle for 3 weeks. If you have some of this, sit on it for a long while (preferably until I come to share it with you).
