Now what would you serve with this lizard wine. The wine is likely rice wine which may be somewhat fortified. However the Asian red peppers in the bottle are likely extremely hot and would make it impossible to properly taste a western wine for a long time after drinking the lizard wine. At one time the English sometimes served a savory course at the very end of the meal, and this likely would be the best way to serve lizard wine. You can get some very savory food to serve with the wine from a store in Thailand that ships to most countries. Things to try might include roasted nymphs, rhino beatles, silk worm larvae, giant water scorpions, queen weaver ants, weaver ant eggs, BBQ scorpions, pregnant crickets, and last, but not least, buffalo dung beatles.
