Can't recall how strong it is, I only tried real "Chouchenn" once at a
crepery in Vancouver B.C. made from buckwheat flower honey. It was
unusual but very good. In my copy of "Brittany Gastronomique" is a
mention for Pierre Dassonville who makes a range of meads. There is also
a listing for La Cave Des Chouchenn- Ferme de Pen Ar roz,
Plouegat-moysan; Tel: 98 79 21 25. Wish you could send me some!
