f.y.i. - Michael Brajkovich is winemaker for Kumeu River wines in New Zealand - who now bottle *all* their wines (white and red) under stelvin.
They had major cork problems for many years.
Michael was NZs first member of the Institute of Masters of Wine and the Kumeu River Chardonnay has been placed on the Wine Spectator magazines Top
100 on five occasions (in 1996 the '94 vintage ranked #6!) so his is an opinion to be respected.st.helier
